Pasta Making Class

Service Description

In the comfort of your home/ vacation accommodation I will demonstrate the art of pasta making with you. The session I offer is ideal for families or friends and lasts approximately 3 hours, I like to work with no more than 8 guests so that I can maintain that personal level with you. We will start by making the pasta together, we will look at different cutting methods and filling techniques, we will make an arrabiata sauce, a classic carbonara and a fresh basil pesto. Then we will eat the meal together with a glass of wine to accompany. Artisan local chocolates are provided at the end for those with a sweet tooth like me. So join me if you are in Manhattan and looking for some creative flare in your kitchen.

If for any reason you need to cancel the event please let us know at least a week before the event to ensure a full refund of your deposit.
